BOOKING & PAYMENT

Once your booking & dates have been confirmed by us, please ensure your deposit is paid within 10 working days to secure your stay.
A deposit is required to secure your stay.
Once your deposit has been received, your stay is officially confirmed & you will receive a confirmation email.
The balance of payment is due within 60 days prior to your arrival at Kingfisher Resort.
In the event of a last minute booking (i.e 30 days prior to arrival), full payment is to be made upon confirmation of your stay.
Deposits are non-refundable. Kindly note that no refunds will be given for early departures on the guests part due to unforeseen circumstances / personal matters. No refunds will be given due to force majeure (circumstances out of our control such as bad weather etc.)
